Andrew Woods
Andrew is a highly motivated and adaptable business development consultant. He has worked at board level within domestic and international organisations. He has an extensive track record in formulating business strategies, sales and marketing plans and profitability initiatives in events management, and training and development within the hospitality and creative industries. His knowledge of business development comes from working within organisations in the UK, Italy, Ireland, North America, and Mainland China.
Andrew earned his MBA from The University of Wales Cardiff School of Management. He has also been a guest lecturer in entrepreneurship, events management at several prestigious London Universities. He recently presented training workshops on effective sales techniques, project management, and cross cultural understanding, to a delegation of Chinese business people. A member of the Chartered Management Institute, he serves on the London committee for The Institute of Hospitality. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors. He lives in London and has a four-year-old daughter. An enthusiastic amateur chef originally from Toronto he still waits in vain for his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs hockey club to win the Stanley Cup.
